Do I need my VIN or registration?
No. Give your car a nickname and start uploading. You can add details later if you want to.
Who can see my records?
Only you. Documents are always private. A car's timeline becomes visible only if you switch on its share link, and you can hide costs. Turn sharing off and the link stops working.
What does “verified” actually mean?
Records show how they were verified. Owner-added means uploaded by you. Document checked means there's a real document with consistent dates and odometer. Workshop-confirmed means the workshop that did the job confirmed it. Owners cannot give themselves that last badge.
How are workshops checked?
Any workshop can confirm a job. We approve workshops before they get the Registered badge or appear in the directory, by checking their company details and contacting them.
What is the Bitcoin timestamp?
Each record's fingerprint (a one-way hash, never the record itself) is timestamped on the public Bitcoin blockchain. It proves the record existed at that time and hasn't been quietly changed since.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan covers 2 cars with unlimited records and documents, sharing, PDF reports and 1 marketplace listing. Paid plans add capacity and business tools.
Can I delete my data?
Any time, from your account page. You can download everything first, or permanently delete your account along with every file.
